UVV test/TÜV inspection for construction lifts
Our many years of experience – your security!
UVV (accident prevention regulations) tests and TÜV (German Technical Inspection Association) tests are both important safety tests, but they cover different aspects and complement each other.
UVV test
At Fischbacher, you can have your construction hoists inspected for accident prevention regulations once a year.
If the UVV test is successful, the construction hoist receives a test sticker confirming safe operation of the construction hoist.
What is an UVV test?
The UVV (accident prevention and accident prevention) test is a work equipment inspection that ensures that construction hoists meet the safety and usability requirements. The test is conducted in accordance with the German Employers’ Liability Insurance Association (BGV D7).
The accident prevention inspection (UVV) is necessary to ensure that a construction hoist can be operated safely and efficiently. It helps identify and correct safety deficiencies. The inspection is required by law and must be performed at least once a year.
Important: The inspection must be carried out by a qualified person with the necessary expertise – our experts are the right choice for you. We will examine your construction hoist and the associated safety devices, document the results, and offer suggestions for solutions if any defects are found.
How long does an accident prevention inspection take?
The duration of an accident prevention inspection depends on various factors, such as the size and complexity of the construction hoist and its condition. Thanks to our years of experience, an accident prevention inspection typically takes only one to four hours.
Please feel free to contact us. We’ll provide you with a non-binding quote tailored to your requirements and schedule.
If necessary, we will come to your construction site for an accident prevention inspection or even to your construction site.
If necessary, we can also come to your construction site for an UVV inspection or TÜV inspection.
TÜV inspection
All construction hoists intended for transporting people are classified as elevator systems requiring monitoring. We support your company with maintenance and repairs, right up to successful TÜV inspection.
After the purchase of a new construction hoist, an initial TÜV main inspection is required after two years by an approved testing center. This is followed by an interim TÜV inspection and a main TÜV inspection at the turn of the year.
What is a TÜV inspection?
A TÜV inspection of construction hoists is a regular check of the safety and functionality of hoists, which may only be carried out by an approved inspection body. The inspection is required by the German Industrial Safety Ordinance (BetrSichV) and must be performed at least once a year.
The inspection is important to ensure that the elevators comply with legal requirements and are safe for operation. The examination includes a thorough review of the elevator components, including safety and emergency stop devices, door functionality, and emergency call devices. The inspection ensures that the elevators meet the highest safety standards and prevent accidents.
The TÜV inspection must be conducted by an authorized inspection body recognized by the relevant authorities. Fischbacher’s experts meet these requirements. TÜV inspection is guaranteed. If necessary, we can also come to your construction site for a TÜV inspection.
